Six things to do in there.
Each is the member side of a room in the Board Office. The board side is what makes it true.

Ask it anything
Type a question the way a neighbor would. "Can I rent my house on Airbnb?" The answer comes from the community’s own documents, with the exact passage quoted under it.

Cast a ballot
The board election is open. Open your ballot, pick two candidates, and get the receipt a real voter gets. Your ballot is secret, and it counts in the demo’s results.

Answer the annual meeting
RSVP, read the agenda, or hand your vote to the board with a proxy. The quorum count on the meeting moves with you.

Send the board a request
You already have one answered: the shed you asked to build. File another and watch it get a reference number and a thread.

Read the record
Declaration, bylaws, rules, the architectural guidelines, the budget, a year of minutes and the resolutions that came out of them.

Meet the neighbors
The community board has a kayak for sale, a piano that needs moving, and a coyote on the pond trail. Post something: only you will see it.
