We collect account and profile details, organization and member roster data, notices, meeting materials, documents, ballot configuration, billing details, support messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and service logs.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Governance Center. Identity checks, when selected, are handled by specialized verification providers.

Organizations control the governance content and member data they upload. Administrators are responsible for having authority to provide that information and for configuring access appropriately. We process it to provide the service and do not sell personal information.

Secret-ballot choices are designed not to be exposed to the organization administrator. Operational records may still show eligibility, participation status, delivery, and audit events without revealing the secret selection.

We use service providers for cloud hosting, databases, analytics, email, SMS, payments, customer support, and optional identity verification. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No system is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve required governance and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

You may update account details in the workspace, unsubscribe from optional research email, or ask us to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information. Some governance records must be retained by the organization or by law and may not be immediately deletable.

The service is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for use in the United States. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required.
